📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice on dental care products.
• Stock and organize products to ensure a clean and well-presented store environment.
• Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges efficiently.
• Promote products and special offers to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the shopping experience for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the beauty or dental care industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow store policies and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of dental care products and services is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
