Utopia Culinary Indonesia is seeking a talented Head Chef / CDP to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our dynamic kitchen team and deliver authentic Korean cuisine to our esteemed guests. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and overseeing the culinary team.

As the Head Chef, you will work closely with our management team to develop and execute menu strategies, train new staff, and maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Develop and execute menu strategies, incorporating customer feedback and market trends.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
• Train and mentor new staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine and techniques.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Experience using kitchen management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Bali.
