📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with purchases, returns, and inquiries.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems like Square, Toast, and Shopify.
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is well-presented and ready for customers.
• Handle cash and manage store inventory to prevent shortages and overstocks.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with retail standards.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down displays, promoting new products, and participating in store events.
• Stay informed about promotions, sales, and customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Square, Toast, or Shopify is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling procedures.
