📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking management to ensure clear communication and effective decision-making.
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Support general affairs by organizing company events and maintaining office operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA or a similar role, with at least 1 year of experience working in a Mandarin-speaking environment.
• Fluent in Mandarin both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
