As our Payroll & Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will work closely with our HR team and other departments to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time, and that they have access to the benefits they need to thrive.

In this role, you will use a variety of payroll and HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and BambooHR. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll accurately and on time using SAP SuccessFactors and Workday
• Manage employee compensation and benefits, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and benefits enrollments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in BambooHR
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports and other financial documents
• Assist with the annual benefits open enrollment process
• Provide payroll support to other departments as needed
• Participate in continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with the latest payroll and HR best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration
• Certification in payroll processing, such as the American Payroll Association (APA) Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and BambooHR
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
