📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell Permata Property Jaya's property listings and services to potential clients.,Maintain and update the company's database with accurate and up-to-date client information.,Follow up with leads and clients to ensure they receive the information they need.,Assist in organizing and participating in open houses and property viewings.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and regulations.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a related field.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for property viewings.,Enthusiasm for the real estate industry and a passion for customer service.
