Hotel Joko Sate is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in our retail outlet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell our products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring it is appealing and inviting to customers.,Stock and manage inventory, ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed appropriately.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor new staff members to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
