📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and manage transactions to ensure compliance with international sanctions and regulations.
  • Work closely with the global operations team to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Review and update sanctions lists and other relevant regulatory information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on compliance matters.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of transactions to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to address compliance issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in sanctions and regulatory requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of international sanctions and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and software is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
