📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and bookkeepers.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial statements.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Train and develop accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
