📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of assigned vessels.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Plan and execute voyages, including route planning and navigation.,Maintain and inspect vessel equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of the vessel.,Manage and supervise the crew, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Report any incidents or hazards to the appropriate authorities and take corrective action.,Ensure the vessel is properly documented and maintained for regulatory compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with maritime safety procedures and emergency response protocols.,Experience with electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS).,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
