📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor frontline staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for our outlets.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B products and special offers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and customer service.
• Certification in food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar retail management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
