📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and secure new sites for our operations
  • Work with our team to ensure that we have the sites we need
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site owners and managers
  • Negotiate site leases and other agreements
  • Monitor site performance and address any issues that arise
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide regular reports to management on site acquisition activities
  • Attend and participate in site acquisition conferences and events

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in site acquisition
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in site acquisition
  • Familiarity with site selection criteria and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
