LAMANSUA Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Store Operator to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high levels of store performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand.,Train and supervise junior staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer transactions.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement changes as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is a plus.
