🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analytics, statistics, or a related discipline.,5+ years of experience in a senior-level Product Analytics role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, and experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop or Spark, is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior team members.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
