Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).,Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth.,Manage a portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel management, sales teams, and marketing partners.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of revenue managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and special offers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue management and luxury hospitality.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role.,Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving occupancy rates.,Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and technologies, including property management systems (PMS) and channel managers.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the luxury hospitality market and the ability to understand and anticipate guest preferences and behaviors.🛠️ Keahlian
