📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales information and support.,Manage and maintain client databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and trade shows.,Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales administration or client coordination role.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
