📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decision-making,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Indonesian
