In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet established standards.,Identify and document quality issues and discrepancies.,Work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of quality problems.,Maintain and update quality control records and reports.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and standards.,Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools for quality control is an advantage.
