📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.,Oversee the work of production team members, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of output.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production workflows.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.,Assist in the training and development of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar production role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using relevant production software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
