📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure competitive rates.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and analysis.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
