📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide administrative support to the office staff, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.
• Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving, storing, and tracking stock levels.
• Support the retail operations by assisting with customer service, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office and retail spaces, including managing waste disposal and facility maintenance.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and other promotional items.
• Support the logistics team by assisting with the organization and coordination of deliveries and shipments.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational support role.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer service is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
