📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns and complaints.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Participate in sales promotions and special events to boost sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
