📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent patient care.,Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Monitor patient care quality, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes.,Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure that the nursing department is well-stocked with necessary medical supplies and equipment.,Provide leadership and support to the nursing staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or equivalent role in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Valid nursing license and certification as required by local regulations.
