PT Digital Inti is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior bookkeepers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely payment of employees.,Lead and mentor junior bookkeepers, providing guidance and support.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
