As a Junior Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement team in various tasks, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order processing. You will also have the chance to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and order processing
  • Support the procurement team in maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies and policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or have limited experience in procurement or related fields
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields is a plus
