📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, and manage relationships with service providers.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing vehicle operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements where necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
