📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.,Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
