In this role, you will be the right hand to the Store Manager, ensuring our F&B outlets operate smoothly and efficiently. You'll handle daily operations, manage staff, and drive sales growth, all while working with tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily F&B operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling.
Train and mentor frontline staff to ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best deals for our outlets.
Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote F&B products and special offers.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the F&B industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, POS systems, and customer service.
Certification in food safety and health regulations (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar retail management software.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
