📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software such as Opera or PMS.
• Assist with front desk operations, including managing the cash register and handling payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated.
• Promote the hotel's amenities and services to enhance the guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera or PMS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in a luxury or high-end hotel is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
