As a Building Engineer at All About People, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our buildings, ensuring they are in top condition and safe for our employees and visitors. You'll work closely with our facilities team to develop and implement maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections, and address any issues promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders using SAP and other facility management software.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to manage repairs, renovations, and upgrades.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure the safety and security of the facilities by conducting risk assessments and implementing preventive measures.
• Provide technical support to the facilities team and address any issues or concerns related to building systems.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in building maintenance and engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering, with a strong background in facilities management.
• Certification in facility management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire safety.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to different locations in Bali as needed.
